Service was great but when you go to the pharmacy to fill your stuff and it was never faxed over and you are super sick and don't feel good is very flustering and then they ended up closing before you can get them to re-fax the prescription so now you got to wait until the next day 🤦

I would never consider coming here again! You have to beg the doctor to actually listen to you. Dr.Janelle apparently doesn't want to heal as doctor should but her ego stands in between that. Suck to A doctor who only care about money. She was acting like I was trying to get pain meds when I come in asking for the flu and covid test since multiple people at my work have tested positive ..yeah sound easy but nope had to actually get really upset to get her to do it anf then she kept saying her computer wasn't working I got the feeling the feeling if my test come back positive shes going to say negative and nothing worse then a doctor you cant trust

Too busy . I asked if medicine would make me sleepy.,I have to work. Oh noooo it won’t make you sleepy. Benzonatae: “may cause drowsiness. Use care when operating machinery! Nice listening skills.so as an update I was barely able to get up today from the medication and fell into my bedroom furniture. This is what happens when you barely take 30 seconds with a patient.

I can never say enough good things about this urgent care location! They are wonderful! Dr. Swagata Chakraborty is absolutely wonderful! So is her MA! They have no issues with my service dog whatsoever and he loves them too! They get you in fast (made appt online), are very thorough in their exams, and quick to get your RX called in. I am so grateful for these wonderful providers! Thank you all!
