I visited this clinic for what I thought was a virus only to be diagnosed with pneumonia. The card and after are I received was amazing by all staff member right from the front desk clerical person to the physician! Thank you Dr Bannon and the staff from Banner Urgent Care

Wait time is way too long. 3-1/2 hours. We weren’t told that when we arrived. The online appointments keep coming in and bumping our wait time. We were a walk-in because we had an urgent need. The care was certainly not urgent.

I loved the PA once I saw him. I was a walk-in and waited nearly 3 hours. After all was said and done I’m glad I saw him but wow! What a wait in the cold!
