It says open until 8, but they definitely weren't open at 7:20. I would suggest finding another urgent care. Their other one closest to this one on McKellips is completely closed down also but info isn't updated online.

I used the telehealth first. I am a heart patient and have had a migraine for days. The telehealth NP wanted to prescribe a specific narcotic, but due to laws she could not through the telehealth. So, she told me she would notated my file and sent me in to the urgent care. I waited 2.5 hours and was literally the last patient. The PA at this location refused to prescribe what was agreed upon, and instead prescribed a medication that can kill a heart patient.

The waiting room is very small so prepare yourself for that, staff was nice but the woman at the front desk did everything she could to get people to go somewhere else, and was that fake kind of nice like, politely rude. And she doesnt like when you return the behavior back to her. BUT the job sucks so I can see why shed be like that. The thing that got me the most was that they didn't honer my reservation time at all. I understand 100% the difference between a reservation and an appointment and that the reservation time isn't guaranteed. But they literally just kept calling people back in order of arrival so basically the place is a walk in clinic and the reservations are facades. Aslo want to note that I Usually go to the gilbert rd location but they were closed, so when you say to yourself "why didn't you just go to a different location" well cause I couldnt.

Such a busy time and last minute appointment thankfully. Very professional and doctor even apologized for the wait. Staff was proficient with what they could get done. One of the other clinics last minute closed and shifted all those patients elsewhere… Thank you to those that were able to show up today.
