The office staff are very personable and engage sincerely with the patients. Dr. Scholes is very thorough in explaining the procedures in a way laymen can comprehend. It puts me at ease when I understand what is happening as the procedure progresses.

Dr. Shortridge and her assistant were very caring. Asked many more questions about my husband's double vision due to his strokes. The doctor thoroughly examined his eyes and for the first time in 9 yrs. explained why he had double vision. How amazing even after he had a year or more of eye therapy with a specialist. We are over the moon and hoping this prescription for new glasses will correct the problem, especially since he has 24/7 dizziness from the strokes too. We are so grateful for Dr. Shortridge.

Carrot Eye staff and Dr. Herion are excellent in the way they treat their patients. They are thorough and take time to answer questions. When I lost my Ophthalmologist 2 years ago I didn’t think I could find another but Carrot Rye has not disappointed me.
