Dr Peterson missed a very painful and significant tear on my knee for not taking the time to look at the MRI images. I learned a big lesson to not assume that doctors are thorough. I caused me months of pain, dollars in unnecessary physical therapy and two also unnecessary cortisone shots that I didn’t need. I lost time and money for simple lack of attention

Dr Peterson is great at what he does, very personable and gives you details as to what to expect and the follow up visit letting you know how things are progressing

Dr. Peterson was great in walking us through the various treatments/procedures and their potential outcomes. Great to have all of the facts when making decisions that are emotionally charged. We need and appreciated the frankness that come from his experience . . . Really helped us in making the right decision for our situation.

If you want to be gaslit, treated like a liar and a degenerate, then Dr Peterson is your guy. I went in with hip and back pain, and he basically dismissed my bulging discs in my back and told me the pain can’t be as bad as i say it is and i should get over it. He was inferring that I was faking and exaggerating my symptoms. He’s truly the most arrogant, condescending, rude, and smug Dr I’ve ever seen in my entire life, and due to having cancer twice, I’ve seen a ton of doctors. I left in tears and vowed i would never step foot in his office again and if he was the last Dr on the face of the earth that could help me, I’d go without!

Excellent in all aspects, from initial call for an appointment to office visit w needed X-rays, consultation w exercise specialist, and Dr Charles Peterson’s thorough consultation, evaluation and clear explanation of all the options - both non surgical and surgical for caring for and dealing with my knee arthritis that is bone on bone medially if I bend my knee deeply. I expressed my interest in hyaluronic viscous injections, and any non surgical options. . Though my knee is medically ready for a ,partial medial replacement, I am not ready for surgery since I am enjoying the joy of walking, after a wonderful recovery from an awesome hip replacement in January 2021. We discussed appropriate exercise to avoid irritating the knee, and the use of a custom knee brace to offload weight from the worn medial knee so I can be active and avoid further damage or pain for as long as possible. The option of a partial replacement is there should I need it and choose it in the future. Dr.Peterson accepts Medicare Assignment which is a blessing. He is an excellent, skilled and experienced doctor, and sports medicine specialist, who has a relaxed manner,, who listens, and who makes communication easy. As a certified Tai Chi, QiGong, and Yoga teacher, I appreciate his vast understanding! Accessible location with lots of parking, spacious office, and friendly, efficient staff. Also a large roster of orthopedic surgeons in the same office.
