I meet Dr. Dana Ferris and Dr..Harmse yesterday at Desert Grove Family Medical. It was a very pleasant appointment. They both are very professional and and compassionate, caring about what I had to say, they made me feel good and didn't rush me in and out of there. I 1st got Dr Farris when I went to see a new Dr. He worked in the same office. Next time I went in I requested him because he is very knowledgeable and caring. Never have met the original Dr that I was supposed to see. Very happy with Dr Farris. He explains things thoroughly and is very patient. Probably why he teaches new Doctors.

My wife saw Dr Farris at the Resident’s Clinic at Desert Grove Family Medical Clinic. She needed an emergent appointment regarding medications and refills, but the Resident she usually sees didn’t have an opening for several days. Dr Farris is an instructor at the clinic, and filled in to help with her problem. He was courteous, pleasant, attentive, and thorough.

Dr Farris is friendly, a good listener, and takes the patient seriously. He quickly assesses what the options are, makes recommendations and leaves the choice to the patient. He follows through carefully with his staff to make sure they do as directed. These are the reasons I have a great deal of confidence in him and respect his wealth of experience.
