I would like too know if anyone is having trouble with this place. I can never get a response from them. I have Covid and called the Dr and they never called back. Not happy and why do they a answering service. You can not call this office. My review could be a zero Thank you

I've been going here since 2017 I see Gary Wright he is amazing!! in 2017 I got really sick with cancer Gary is the most compassionate kindest the people that work in the office are always so very kind and sweet ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I saw hatfield for 10+ years as a kid, they are no longer Hartfield medical, they've changed owners, have an answering service called Villegas medical so you can't even speak directly to the office. The guy at village medical argued with me about "which Dr. Hatfield does is say on the paper" when I called inquired about a cash paying price, so there's not a specific Hadfield I have to see, I can see any of them. Incompetent, horrible customer service!

I've been with this office since I was 5. And always have the best experiences. David is one of the best I absolutely live his work. Not only is he professional but hes very respectful. And always has nice things to say. I recommend him to everyone that goes.

I began using the Hatfield group several months ago at the recommendation of my roommate Frank Wilson. I find them exceptional in their scheduling and inter office cooperation and genuine interest in healing their patients. I particularly commend Gary Wright PA as thorough and very capable.

Dr. Hatfield is the most compassionate person you will ever meet! For over 30 yrs my family has shared all our ups and downs. He has always been there for us! We couldn't ever imagine using another physician. Thank you David

Dr. David Hatfield has been my doctor for well over a decade. I honestly hope I never have to have another physician. He listens and takes his time, it’s like talking to a friend, he’s even got a great sense of humor which is rare with a lot of physicians. Dr. Hatfield is very knowledgeable and confident, yet humble and I always know he has my best interest at heart because I know he cares. My entire family sees him, I highly recommend Dr. David Hatfield.

This is a legit 1 star business. I was diagnosed with cancer, and the dr. here didn't even call me to tell me I needed to see an oncologist...he had the secretary do it. Seriously. 1 year later my wife and I have been calling for the last week trying to get my medical records; we've left messages, called multiple times throughout the day, and have not heard back. Hard pass.

Always had good experiences with anyone in any of their offices. They are easy to work with and super nice. They have found root causes for all my problems and treated me accordingly every time. highly recommend them!!
