This office has gone downhill fast. Kept making appointments with Dr. Worischeck and this office kept changing them to their PA at different times. When you make an appointment with the actual doctor and tell them you want to see the doctor they should honor that and not make the change without even speaking to the patient. This happens all the time and the office just dismisses this as no big deal. Will never go back to this office.

Took time off work for an appointment, only to discover they had canceled my appointment without telling me, while looking me in the face trying to accuse me of calling and canceling the appointment. I must keep an I on my insurance billing. I am suspicious this may be some type of fraud.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Staff is friendly. Never a long wait. Dr. Grossklaus is friendly and explained all options of treatment. Never told me I NEED this or that. Gave me the choice for my treatment. The first time I went to see him he introduced himself by his first name. Not as Dr. Grossklaus. Had my TURP procedure last week. Went to see him today. All is well. Next appointment is in three months. Can't recommend him enough. Would give him 10 stars.

Great customer service and my procedure went smoothly and fast. Grossklaus had me even laughing during the procedure to calm my nerves.

Staff was fine. Dr Grossklaus was dismissive of my concerns and the reason I was at the office. If you want someone to listen to your concerns and treat you well this isn’t the guy for you.

Kind, compassionate, patient and most importantly very skilled in urological procedures and treatments. He has treated my bladder cancer for 4 years and I can’t imagine going to another doctor.

Last Saturday, my husband went to Oro Valley Hospital Emergency because he had a kidney stone, and was in extreme pain. They did the necessary tests and sent him home with pain pills to control the pain until he could get an appt. with Dr. Grossklaus. Now, it's a week later and his pain has hit with a vengeance. The nice lady that answered the phone was very professional and told us to come in to see the Dr. right away. The staff jumped through hoops to get the records from the emergency room and to schedule the surgery for the next weekday. We were very impressed with Dr. Grossklaus and his staff. They were very professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone needing professional help.

Made appointment three weeks prior. 10:15 was my appointment. Waited in room until 11:10. I have to get to work. Dr. Grossklaus "MY TIME IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS YOURS" I had to leave and get back to my own work. Never saw Doctor. Unable to schedule his own time. Not worth the time
