So I have gone to this same MDO for over 20 years and really don’t know why I keep putting up with it. The Dr is wonderful but in reality EVERYTIME I go to the clinic, there is ALWAYS A VERY LONG WAIT! Extremely PAST appointment Time and when you are in the room and even longer wait for the provider and then after that is completed, your in the room MANY TIMES 30-45 MINS awaiting your visit summary paperwork and or any other paperwork. It’s the LONG WAITING and WAY PAST APPOINTMENT TIME, that is the COMPLETE IRRITATION OF THIS FACILITY AND THEIR PREVIOUS FACILITY. You’d figure since they have the new facility that there are More rooms available and your waiting is Not ridiculously long. Practically everytime I am there I look to spend 2-3 HOURS for a super quick refill appointment or papers to be signed or referrals etc. Again Doctors are great, But the Ma’s time or processing or anything really needs to be changed. Maybe add a light on the providers inside room, so that the Ma’s know who needs their visit summary to empty the room and clean up for next patient. Scatterbrained with time and patients waiting far beyond a quick appointment.
Waste of time. Called to make appointment for counseling for my son. They said offer services, but have to see a primary first. She sees us sets us him up for counseling. First appointment via phone. Counselor says they aren't taking new patients. Wasted 3 months to get him in. Very frustrating.
Called 3 times, spoke to 6 different people and kept getting transferred around and hung up on, just to ask them a simple question. 2 of the employees were rude and tried to dismiss what i was saying. When I finally got someone on the phone and explained my situation she did not LISTEN to my issue at all, and had asked the nurse about something that had nothing to do with my situation. I don't understand why it was so hard to get a hold of someone to ask a simple question but their operating system needs major improvement. UPDATE: There are so many different issues with this office do not even waste your time. A month ago, I called this office to schedule an appointment to have my birth control implant in my arm removed and replaced. Today I called to confirm my appointment since they didn't send any kind of follow up to remind me of the appointment. I was also calling to confirm if they had the implant available for the procedure when I was informed that the provider would not even be able to do the procedure, because I am a new patient and they have to do a consult appointment first. Not sure why that's necessary considering I am coming in for a very straightforward procedure. On top of this, the next available appointment they had to actually do the procedure was, you guessed it, a month away. Seems like this office just wants to waste your money on multiple co-pays and waste your time. I called my local Planned Parenthood and they were able to schedule me an appointment for the next day to remove and replace my implant. Needless to say this establishment does not actually have patient health in mind just dollar signs.
The receptionist Maria was absolutely horrible to deal with. I arrived late to my appointment, but within the 9 minute buffer they give you. She and her coworker took over 20 minutes to get through the 3 people in front of me to check in, and she wouldn’t do anything to help honor my appointment, even though I arrived within my window and it wasn’t my fault it took them forever to check others in. She said “well I didn’t see you, so I don’t believe you were here on time.” Extremely rude.
So I bring my mom here for her doctor appts and we always have to wait up to 1hr or more for the doc to see her their excuse is that they don’t have enough employees they always have that excuse but if your a minute late for your appt they’ll send u home because your late and they can’t see you any more and u have to reschedule and I don’t think it’s fair at all…
My doctor is fantastic and makes me feel like she actually cares about ny health. The beat part about this place is they have their own lab and Margarita, if I have the name wrong or mispelled it im deeply sorry, who works in the lab is truly exceptional. A pro at her job. She makes you feel at ease. If youve had had your blood drawn you know how important it is to find someone who is competent at their job. And she is the very best.
Dr Webb is the most unprofessional Dr I have ever seen, I work in healthcare myself. I recently came in for swelling in my face and into my eye and forehead. They told me there was nothing they can do for me and didn't know what was happening. I felt like I was denied Care. I went to an urgent care and the Dr there stated I may have an abscess in my face which form what I know can be dangerous if left untreated. I can not believe this so called health care could not even diagnose or refer me to go somewhere else. Az healthcare at it's finest I suppose.
Appointments here take hours. Literally. I came in at 815 for my 830, it's 45 mins later and i haven't even been registered or called back. Even after they call me back and do anything, I still have to wait for the Dr. So at minimum another hour sitting around twiddling my thumbs until someone decides to do their job. Can they at least schedule us when they're ready? I'm wasting hours of my life sitting in this office doing absolutely nothing productive.
My entire experience with this clinic, from the receptionist, to the nurse, the doctor, lab and pharmacy was exceptional! I have NEVER experienced medical professionals who were as kind to work with.
Clean and friendly

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
