Eericca Bickley's Online Review Report Card

I had a rough pregnancy because I had Hyperemesis Gravidarum and she was amazing in taking care of all my and my baby's needs. Her staff was always kind, professional and amazing. Dr. Bickley is an incredible, caring doctor who GENUINELY cares for you. I loved my experience there and will always go back to her!

I have seen Dr Eericca Bickley for years. She listens to her patients, she's kind, compassionate and truly cares.. Her staff is equally as awesome!

I love Eericca, she is the best. Patient and very understanding and absolutely helpful. Great bedside manner and very compassionate. Love her nurse. They make me feel like I’m the only one there. So happy to be her patient and look, forward to seeing her for all my needs.

Absolutely the worst office staff. My daughter srives from Payson with pleanty of time. She cannot help that the traffic delayed her 5 minites and the office counted waiting in their line as more time late. This is upsetting as she was a consult for a procedure. Upsets the whole family. Hope noone in that office ever gets behind a traffic incident and unintentionally late for an important appointment with an not so understanding office. I know the physicians are good but the ethics of the front office need to be rechecked. I have waited 30 minutes on hold for a phone call to them . I have waited 30 t0 35 minutes in lobby after a scheduled appointment. How iis it theat provider"s offices can cansel patients without just cause but we all end up on hold or waiting for hours it seems. just pure rudeness...

Best OB for delivering by first baby! Wow she was so quick to get to the hospital and he such a calm demeanor. She is amazing, highly recommend her to anyone

I moved to Gilbert from Colorado and needed to find a new gynecologist - I read all the great reviews for Dr. Bickley and, in July 2022, I made an appointment for October 2022 (that was her first available). Well 2 weeks before my appointment they called to tell me she wouldn't be available and would I like an appointment with another doctor! I don't know anything about this other doctor and, although he may be great, I want a woman gynecologist. They could reschedule me with her but that wouldn't be until February 2023 - unacceptable! I understand that "life happens" but she could have at least made sure I was rescheduled in a reasonable time frame. I'm very disappointed and in the search for a new doctor... again 🙄

I love Dr. Bickley so much. She always listens to my concerns. Most importantly, while I was struggling in labor, she helped me ease into a c-section with the least possible amount of stress. I recommend her and the other Dr. Bickley to everyone I meet.

Hi, I just want to say that recently I had a procedure done a hysteroscopy at the hospital and everything went well!! thanks to Dr Eericca Bickley 🙏and nurse Stephanie. great job! If you're looking for a gynecologist you can trust I highly recommend Dr Bickley.

Dr Bickley is a great doctor and she has a lot of patients so you have to schedule with her as soon as you get your positive test and might have to wait a bit longer to see her but it is worth it. After a terrible experience with my third baby, we knew we needed someone really good for this fourth one. She listens and you can’t help but feel comfortable with her. We feel very taken care of and I can’t wait for her to deliver my baby.

Absolutely fantastic office and professional staff. Patient and kind every step of the way. Scheduling gets tricky and there is a wait for elective appointments, but it’s definitely worth it.
