List of Glenn Brown's Reviews
The front desk couldn’t answer my question so I was transferred to the office manager. She was so rude and acted like I was a nuisance because she had to log in to her system to answer my question. Then she hung up on me. I will never be a patient at a place that has so little respect for potential clients. Do better!
He is very through, super nice! He has taken great care of me!! I highly recommend him
Went through multiple treatments and 5+ appointments just to get to the treatment I actually needed for my condition just for then to turn me away and refer me elsewhere. Now I have to start all over somewhere else.
Linda Silva, MPAS, PA-C: Identified a stage one malignant melanoma near my husband's eye (not visible). Her knowledge, experience, and gut instinct saved my husband's eye (sight and possibly his life). Please note, he was referred to a specialized surgery team for the removal.Linda Silva and her team are welcoming, warm and kind. They make you feel 100% at ease. Everything is explained from the exam, procedures (freezing, tag-removal, biopsies, etc.) post-procedure instructions, including billing/insurance.**The medical facility is undergoing construction; however, the front office team will help you get to the office from the parking lot via a complimentary shuttle
They take covid a lil to serious. Nonetheless service is great
I was very impressed with all of staff , nurses and foremost Dr Brown. I am a new patient. They got me in to see the doctor quickly. Dr Brown was very straight forward with me, which I like, and took care of my problem right away. I recommend going to Dr Brown for any dermatology concerns!
I was booked with Glenn Brown . he did a good job with my mom. But then the appt changed to the pa. Silva I believe. I said ok but I wished I had waited and rescheduled for md. She butchered me for skin tags. I had welts when I left. No tweezers used at time of spraying the feeding agent and no numbing prior to the spray. I kept saying this hurt more than the other time I had this done. She was abrupt and didn't care that I was in pain. Oh well your diabetic this happens. It is a week now and I still have the skin tags except now they are red enlarged and infected. Run from her do not let her touch you. I missed work because it was so horrible in pain and looked awful I could not conduct an interview for potential new employee. They still hurt and red and inflamed. Plus she wanted to make sure I paid for the pleasure of this pain . 100.
If you are looking for a doctor who is dismissive of any of your questions, Dr Brown is your man. He is abrupt and rude and only interested in treating you and getting you out the door. Two visits were enough for me. Finding a new doc tomorrow.
Karli Vierra steals prescription medication from this office and supplies them to NON patients. This is a violation of the Code Of Conduct for PA’s. The office has been notified and so has the NCCPA. I have the boxes of medication she stole from the office.
I came in for Botox and I had Karli the old assistant. She was very rude and on her phone, like others have mentioned unprofessional. She didn't make me feel comfortable, she as pre occupied. Her fingers smelled like smoke, which is a big no no in this field. Also I was not happy with my Botox, I will not be back or recommend this place! GO elsewhere thank me later.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
