List of Himanshu HARSHADRAY Shukla's Reviews
In fairness to Dr. Shukla, I have been going to his practice for 8 years. I have only seen him twice and he seemed pleasant enough. But his Country Club office is the most poorly managed and inept medical practice I've encountered. Failure to contract me about an appointment change, failure to fax in lab orders and failure to pick up phone when lab called to get them, then failure to get back to me with lab report. Failure to follow through with an appointment with another specialist and then when called, someone gave me the wrong name of one to call myself. Failure to respond to my pharmacy when a prescription needed filled.
Mask policy not stated when the appt was made. No exceptions or accommodations. How terrible. Absolutely discriminating against people who need medical care but aren’t able to wear a mask. That’s not healthcare. I’d rather find a dr that treats the person, not the policies.
Dr. Shukla Sucks Sh t as far as I'm concerned!! You see, Every year for the past 6 Years he has completed my Disability Paperwork. But not this year! You see, with no clear explaition a to why, he just wouldn't complete it!
Please don't get too busy that there isnt enough time for your patients. First time I had that feeling on my last appointment. My appointment was. with Dr. Shukla this last Wednesday. Didn't see him. Some assistant that was in such a hurry. Please slow down and realize why I need to see you. My heart failure is worse. To talk to you is always very important to me.
My father is Stan Anderson. I am extremely dissapointed in the care my father received. My blood is boiling! He came in as an 81 year-old who bike rides 20 miles a day and was in great physical condition. My dad came in for a check-up and Dr. Shukla came in and said "You need to get off Tekisin!" No explanation. For the past 3 weeks my dad has suffered a great deal on motoporol (sp.).... he has not slept in 4 days... no exaggeration. Today is April 6th. The Physicans assistant heard my dads story and was helpful. Bottom line, He needs a solution and fast. He has congestive issues now and he was perfectly healthy before Dr. Shukula's abrupt decision. My phone # is 1-218-820-2969. I expect some answers. I expect a call.
How do I contact his office? I've tried the phone and nobody answers.
The only thing I like is that he is always on time. Other that his bed side manner sucks and he made me cry by how rude he was. He doesn’t care to listen. I let the medical assistant know j was on a beta blocker through another physician and then dr. Shukla comes in as if he didn’t read my chart not knowing that I was already taking one. He’s terrible and I will go somewhere else
Dr Shukla has been my cardiologist approximately 5 years. He has an extraordinary bedside manner and always very receptive to my questions and needs.
Dr. Shukla has done 2 ablations to me in the past 2yrs. I still have Afib & PSVT issues, however not as frequent. I'm also still on meds. The reason I got the ablations in the 1st place, was not to have to take the meds! Which effects my quality of life. I just have to consider the possibility of maybe the doctor's work load arbitrates to this. The nurse told me he did 14 the day he did mine, that's a lot of ablations in one day!! However Dr. Shukla & staff are very professional & polite!!
I like the doctor. Office staff is inept. They lose my paperwork, claim they don't receive faxes, and don't return phone calls. I need to know how much blood thinner to take.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
