Doc is great, staff is friendly! Only complaint is their answering team. It sends you offsite and then they try to reach out to the doctor on your behalf. I’m in major pain and was hold today for 40 min waiting for someone to answer in the office. They never did so an urgent message had to be sent! Awful

I've only seen him once so far, but I can't say enough nice things about him. He seemed to really care and take the time to make sure all my questions were answered. He was willing to discuss all my options for treatment. I wish he could be my primary care doc too.

Dr. Grinnan treated my husband, Russ, when Russ began having extreme pain due to a complicated medical situation. Banner Gateway Hospital has many talented PA's and trauma nurses who helped and tried to provide comfort. Because of the complexity of the situation, nothing was providing a response adequate to treat the pain level. Dr. Grinnan successfully resolved the medical problem; his talent, compassion and professionalism is something we will never forget! Not only was he able to painlessly navigate the complexity of the problem, it was incredibly rewarding to watch as he quietly helped the PA understand what needed to happen in order to go around the problems preventing catheter insertion. Watching Dr. Grinnan's quiet, capable explanation as he shared his expertise (in no way distracting or taking away from what Russ needed!) was rewarding. Something tangible came from the pain when Dr. Grinnan passed on his knowledge and talent. Thank you!
