My daughter fractured her ankle and has been under Dr. Lake’s care. He is very patient and explains everything thoroughly. He makes her feel comfortable And helps her understand next steps in her recovery.

Dr. Lake has been wonderful to work with for my daughter's broken ankle. He is professional, kind, and he definitely put my teenager at ease. Dr. Lake and his whole office have been a blessing amidst a very stressful time.

Unfortunately I have very bad joints. I’ve seen two other doctors regarding this particular ankle issue. I saw Dr. Lake for a third opinion since each doctor was recommending something vastly different from one another. He actually presented my case to his team so that I could feel confident I was getting the right procedure for me. He was very patient and kind and thorough with explaining what to expect from my procedure. I can finally take long walks and work without pain. I would definitely recommend him to friends or family

Saw Dr Lake just over a year ago after a simple fall, that wasn’t simple at all. Discovered January, that I had not only injured my ankle, but also broken my cuboid bone. April 2021 he performed surgery to repair a ligament and tendon, which was the most painful surgery I’ve ever experienced, but I was told how much better I would be after surgery.To this day, I have limited ability to walk any significant distance, experience constant pain, and swelling.His fabulous office refused my last office visit because they never informed me my referral expired, causing my claims to deny (my insurance company notified me of denials, but it was too late to back date) resulting in them charging me full rate for multiple apts. I work in healthcare, and it was their responsibility to notify me I needed a new referral, all it would have taken was a notice during check in or check out.The entire experience with Ortho Arizona was horrible, his staff couldn’t even figure out how to fill out my FMLA paperwork, so I had to find a physical therapist who could see me outside of work hours.Dr Lake lied to me, lied to my family, and I will likely live with this pain the rest of my life.
