List of Mark Goldberg's Reviews
I think I gave him a review before but I don't see it he doesn't listen to you when I first saw him I told him I was told by my previous doctor that I had hypothyroidism and I had a script for it he said that I didn't have it and took me off of it then about 3 years later he told me I had hypothyroidism and order the same thing he took me off of. That is only one of the many mistakes he made he doesn't listen to me at all he I have been seeing him for almost 9 years. It won't be 10. His office staff in the past was really bad but I do believe that they are doing the best with what they have. Doctor is late and they are the one's that get brunt of the patients anger. It doesn't take long for him to let his staff know that he is behind and they can give us the choice of staying or rescheduling I wish I could get back the time he took from me and he could care less that is why I am changing my primary care provider he has just made too many mistakes with my care
Since selling practice and moving to co-located Walgreens location and Walgreens affiliated medical group, office staff and customer service is non-existent. When entering new location, I have been asked for money several times an question my personal safety. When calling office, you get a call center that is very corporate and treats you like a #. I do not believe care will be received in a time of need since Dr. Goldberg only has office hrs 2 days a week. You will also receive increase in marketing calls for other Walgreen / corporate medical group affiliated services. Dr Goldberg great - location scary - trust is servcie = Low
Dr Goldberg is one of the best Doctors I ever met, I know he takes a long time to get to the patients rooms , but his one of the Doctors who really cares about his patients , and I know that because he help me and care about my dad , he call me personal to ask how the things are going , and when I go to my appointment I don't care if I have to wait a long time , and I will not get another provider if is not him❤️🙏
I saw Dr. Mark Goldberg in July and August of 2021. To be honest the staff seemed unfriendly, when I finally got to see the doctor he was over an hour late. I went in for a physical and all he did was ask me some questions. I had a blood test which was ordered by him and should have been paid for fully, but the codes were not entered correctly and I'm disputing it and was charged off. I have been dealing with this issue since August of 2021 and was informed by their office person Jackie in December 2021 that it was taken care of. We found out in March it was not taken care of and now I have a charge off because of their in competence. I would warn anyone to please not go to this facility. I should have stayed with my doctor, but my husband was looking to find a doctor and we decided to both go to him. My husband was not happy with this doctor either. I've never had this problem with any other doctors.
Waited in the exam room for an hour and a half with no one checking in on me no explanation nothing and this was not the first time that happened appointment was for a follow up on tests he just came in and said I had a thyroid problem which I had tried to discuss this with him before and said he was ordering more test bye 2 hours of my time with a doctor that only gave me a rushed 5 minutes of his.

Best doctor anywhere! I have recommended my friends and family go there on many occasions. Always fully educated on my particular problems. So compassionate, kind, and smart. Would not trade for anyone else!
Dr. Goldberg literally saved my wife's life. He identified an issue with her blood and got her to an ER to ensure she was safe, made sure she had the proper treatment plan, followed up constantly and she is now better than ever. I will be forever grateful. I started to see Dr. Gold prior to that experience and I have not been disappointed. I am not going to lie, the doc is busy, but that is indicative of how good he is. He really gets to know your history, cares about what you are dealing with and stays on top of any treatment plan. He may run late from time to time, but he's worth the wait. The staff at Velda Rose are also awesome.
Fixed my ED problems and I'm 77
He is a very good doctor, very knowledgeable. I don't like waiting 2 hours to see him when I am his first patient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
