Can very easily schedule a consultation, however when you try to schedule the procedure you won't get anywhere. Several calls to schedule a procedure over the course of two weeks, all go unreturned. Initially we were told only Jocelyn can access his surgery schedule and she'll call back. She doesn't. Which isn't surprising when we learned that actually she doesn't even work here anymore and you need to talk to Greg/Craig(?). I spoke to Alicia who really let me know that he's doing the most out here. He's handling the schedule for four doctors, checking benefits, etc and that's a lot. So basically, I know all about the staffing shortages they're having (super professional by the way), but my husband still can't get in for a simple procedure. Waste of time and a specialist copay.

Dr. Karlovsky is the best. He's my third urologist and I'm only 37 years old he's treating me OA bladder and he's going to see if I am I candidate for the bladder pacemaker he was the only one who was able to find a medication that works for me I cannot thank him enough.

He is my Uro/GYN and surgeon who has taken excellent care of me. He helped me get my life back to normal. Thank you !!

After a bladder injury I probably saw 15 Urologists but not until Dr Karlovsky did I feel I had found the right one. He has been my urologist now for many years and will be for many more. With Dr K you will find his knowledge, experience and bed sign manner are incredible. I never feel rushed and always feel comfortable to share my questions or concerns. He never runs out of ideas to help me with my IC,, he is always looking out for my best interest. This is a doctor who actually kept his Med School oath. I can’t say enough about how good he’s been to me. Lastly he’s also funny which helps take the anxiety out of a painful bladder scope. I’m a patient for life

He takes the time to explain things, gives you options and really cares about your situation!!

Look elsewhere in our opinion. The lack of competency in the Front & Rear office staff is overwhelming and worrisome when we mentioned this to Dr Karlovsky he said the front office is new, and short staffed. For us….Now plan is to Find another urology practice.

Great doctor, but his scheduler is short tempered and unable to work compassionately with the public. My daughter who is paralyzed and has been hospitalized twice in the last 6 weeks was scheduled again for surgery. No help and trying to talk to his scheduler after a mix up, she was verbally abusive and told me I wasn't doing my job since I have POA. My 88 year old husband is supposed to have surgery next month with this group and I am looking for another group. Don't need the abuse.
