Emergency Room visit I was told I had COVID I called Dr. Millet office but got an answering machine, after 3 calls I talked to a answering service who said I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment

The staff was rude and inflexible. I made an appointment for my disabled brother who cannot walk and needs surgery on his Broken left arm. His appointment was at 2:40 PM and I had my brother professionally transported from his group home to the doctors office. We arrived at 2:25 PM and The front desk turned us away and said we needed to show up earlier than that to fill out the paperwork. Because I was unhappy because of the time and energy to get my brother ready for the appointment and the cost of transportation I asked to speak with the doctor. They sent out the office manager. I explained my brother needed surgery on his left arm and needed this appointment in order to get release for the surgery, she did not Care and she pretty much told me that all their patients were in dire need of appointment and I needed to reschedule appointment. Of course I could never schedule an appointment with a doctor who is not in their integrity and has a rude staff who is uncaring. What I think happened is they overbooked and decided to nix the new patient. I am still in shock at the mistreatment and the incompetence of this doctor and hope I can share with others so they don’t have to experience what we experienced. ????
