She was horribly rude to me.

I had a horrible time scheduling my surgery and was given the run around numerous times. I would not recommend this office to anyone BUT Dr. Nieves is a great doctor and I would rather deal with the horrible customer service than lose her as a doctor! She made me feel comfortable and gave me answers to all of my questions. I couldn't thank her enough for all she has done.

Dr. Nieves is warm, relatable and understanding. She also took the time to listen to my concerns and reassured that she'd help. The appointment did not feel rushed and her entire staff was friendly.
