I have two beautiful baby boys thanks to Dr. Z and his team. They were all very nice, professional, and honest about the challenges that could occur during the process.

Dr. Zoneraich took time to discuss my options, listened to my concerns, and he found out that I have a blood disorder which my previous fertility doctor ignored the symptoms. The most important thing was that at every visit I felt he took his time to explain the different procedures and "the next steps". I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs IVF or fertility treatment to have children. I just had my second son with the help of Dr. Zoneraich and his team via IVF.

Would have left it at 0 stars if I could have. 8 years later and we still haven't forgotten how we were treated...like dollar signs in somebody's eye. Run through the mill along with everybody else. Chastised when we called on the weekend with a question. Just an awful place.

Dr. Zoneraich is always prompt, professional and courteous. He is polite, compassionate, caring and always listens to my concerns. He is very knowledgeable and explains things well. I am very thankful to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Zoneraich is an extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring doctor. He is always professional with great bedside manner. I like how all the costs of every test/procedure is explained in detail and up front before moving forward so you do not receive any surprise bills. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. I have only compliments for the doctor and his staff. He is a great doctor.

Beware of nickel and diming from this office! They care about the small change and not your overall care. For example, after wiring upfront over $17K for the balance of services to be rendered, I was called because I was short the $20.00 wire fee. SERIOUSLY! They couldn't over look it since they didn't tell me about it in the first place? Their mistake. It's not that I couldn't afford the $20.00, it was the principle of it all. That was only one case of nickel and diming our family. Bottom line, after several attempts with this office and forgiving the pettiness, I am completely done. I warn those who are easily impressed by an outdated magazine cover that rates this office tops. Move on and find a better office for your fertility care. There's enough to worry about as it is while going through the process.

To be fair, Dr Z is a very capable doctor and runs his clinic business very well. As a patient, I feel he is arrogant and pays little attention to my concerns. When things go wrong, no empathy to patients at all. Once he is done with raking in the cash from you, he will immediately lose interest in you.
