They are a great set of people and wonderful human beings. They offer a lot of services like adult psychiatry, child psychiatry, TMS, neurofeedback therapy, and a therapy for kids and adults!

They have significantly helped with improving my mental health. Medication management, TMS treatments, individual therapy, and talk therapy are superb. I have no problems getting my medications. They are attentive to my needs and they genuinely care about my well-being. The office staff are awesome! So friendly and caring, yet professional. I honestly don't know where I would be without them. I've been a patient for nearly 6 years now and absolutely love them! Thank you all!

I like Dr. Waldeck. He's helpful and he listens. Problem is the medication refills. Getting my medication refilled can be an incredible challenge. Sometimes it even results in multiple days without it. Not good. I'm currently out of my medication and have been calling to obtain a refill for a couple days, I keep getting their messaging service who tell me they can't get a hold of the office either. I get it's around the holidays, but people need to fill their medication too...

Maryam is an amazing therapist. Always helpful with my child. I have nothing but great things to say about the way we've been treated.

The receptionist are going to keep costing their Doctors money with their lack of human decency and yelling at people and making patients feel uncomfortable.I recorded the call for anyone who needs proof the staff yells and cuts patients off without giving them the opportunity to talk. This staff is So Terrible you would have to hear it to believe it. I made an appointment in which they told me was a $75 cancellation fee, however, no one could tell me relevant info such as co-pays until a week before my appointment. I was coming here looking for a second opinion from a doctor, as I already have a primary doctor that I see. As soon as the staff found out I was only interested in coming Once for a second opinion. I was told Buy a >>>receptionist<<<< with No MD, degree that she would have to call me back and see if the doctor would “see” me because he’s not interested in only seeing people “one time” so she doesn’t know if I would be a good fit for the office. BBB needs to know the staff, (Yes Receptionists) we’re trying to diagnose over the phone. Staff needs to be fired and Doctors need to hired to work the phones instead, since the receptionist like diagnosing over the phone, which is highly unethical.Staff was Rude, belittling, condescending and gaslighting people into thinking they have disorders, when they have not even been seen by a doctor in the office yet. One can only assume that’s the work life culture there and that the receptionists learned from Doctors and higher ups that patients Do Not Matter. Customer retention is key to business. This place will not treat you like a sane individual, they will gaslight you into returning before even getting your foot in the door. By gaslighting, yes I mean yell and intimidate you into booking and making repeated appointments on behalf of customer retention. Go else where if you have private insurance and want to be treated with Respect. This place is Sad and Manipulative.

Dr. Charles is thoughtful and he really listens to me. He makes sure that my medications are properly dosed at each appointment and he genuinely wants to know how things are going in my world. The office staff are always cheerful and happy to see me and they are prompt in getting back to me with answers.

THE WORST DR ENCOUNTER EVER! In and out of the office in 20 min, when I was told it would be an hour for the initial assessment...The McDonald's of psychiatry! They might as well have a drive-thru. At my follow-up (andlast EVER ) appointment, Dr. Charles had to ask ME what med he had prescribed! In addition, he got the dosages mixed up. Also, to get a response from the doctor on a callback is nearly impossible...It took 4 calls, and only because the girls up front facilitated it.I have since gone to my general practitioner, and she took the time for a proper assessment diagnosis and treatment plan.

Rude employees and doctors who don't listen to you. I always get told that the doctor will get back to me the next day when I call and it usually takes 4 days of REPEATED CALLING to get any sort of information back. Customer service is not their strong suit!

Office review (Mesa): they consistently run on schedule, but my doctor will still take more time when needed. The few times I have called in with a pressing concern, they got back to me promptly. The staff there have always been just the nicest people. They are friendly and enjoyable to interact with. I’ve never experienced a single mistake with billing, scheduling or anything like that.My doctor: Dr. Waldek Charles has taken better care of me than any other doctor I have seen. He is knowledgeable and definitely stays current. He has always answered my questions and explained anything I wanted to know about or understand better. I really believe he cares about me and my wellbeing. He has made continual changes and adjustments to my medications, and has achieve better and better results for my symptoms. Best of all though, is that he directed me to TMS treatment which they now have in office. I am already in remission with no symptoms and being taken off of medications. I can’t remember feeling this good. This is something I didn’t even know was a possibility to hope for. Forever grateful. Life changing.

The fact that you say you have reached the "new patient threshold" is pretty pathetic. No questions to understand the situation before turning someone away or anything. I called and said I was a new patient looking for a new Psychiatrist because of poor experience with a previous one and thats how you start off. You weren't even on the phone 30 seconds. Great job. Normally I like to find something positive to say even in a negative review, but nothing to be found here.
