A 4 hour drive just for them to tell me they don't take my insurance. I asked if they took my insurance before making the appointment. Waited 2 months for the appointment.
I've had an incredible experience from start to finish every time! Every staff member, from the front desk team to the doctor, was attentive, kind, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and valued throughout each visit. I highly recommend this team for their exceptional service and dedication to patient care.
Dr. O’Neil is our 3rd ophthalmologist we’ve seen at PCH and we are NEVER seeing anyone else. He is extremely knowledgeable, was willing to explain to me what’s happening with my daughter’s eyesight in great detail and most importantly, never once did he cut me off or dismiss my concerns. My only regret is that we didn’t find him sooner.
We had a very positive experience at this location. Check-in was at 10:10 we were called back at 10:30. The technician was kind and through during our daughters exam. There was little to no wait to see Dr. Hugg. Dr. Hugg was personable with our daughter and had her laughing a few times. The Dr's follow-up plan was easy to understand, and he answered all of our questions.
The lack of communication, especially the billing department, is insane. Seems like the billing department lacks basic insurance knowledge and the ability to follow up on calls.
I am truly grateful for the level of care, kindness and communication we received at my child's appointment with Dr.Curtis(and the rest of the staff). We have had a very pleasant experience both times we have visited this office. They really go out of their way to ensure that your child feels comfortable, which is something many places lack nowadays. Thank you for your patience and gentle care! You are all so appreciated!
The PCH scheduling can be a bit of a pain but that has no bearing on how great of a practice this is. The office is clean and modern. Dr. Crockett is a wonderful ENT and all the medical assistants/ nurses are great as well. We went in to get our daughter Earwell devices to correct the shape and when we had issues after we got home they were able to get us in the next day with someone to fix it. Highly recommend this practice.
Why does it take so long to answer the phone! Ive been on the line for 2 hours now and got an answer.
The clinics are great. We go to Chandler and love the staff/docs. The specialists are a nightmare to get into and scheduling is very disconnected. One person tells you they have no appointments til March and 20 minutes later you get a call from a different person and they can see you in 3 days. We were called on Jan 6th and scheduled for ear tubes in office Jan 27th at 3:30. I called this morning and they have no record of it. I have a very sick child with back to back to back ear infections and now we have no clue when she will get her tubes. They are supposed to call back. Likely I'll have to call 10 times to get it taken care of and it will be months from now. Parents beware and double, triple check like other reviewers have said. Super frustrating!
3+ months for an ENT appointment for my daughter only to show up today after taking her out of school and they say your appointment was canceled with no explanation.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
