List of Rodrigo Chan's Reviews
I should have taken the warning from most of the other reviews! If your time has no value and you dont mind sitting for some hours, this might be the guy for you. I should have known when I showed up 15 minutes early and I saw another person leave angry! Of course, this post, like all the others, will receive the computer generated apology!
Dr Chan is great Dr.Yes you have to be prepared to wait, but that is because he rarely gets a break taking care of patients all day long. Some drs are not qualified to do what he does,so we must remember the shortage of such great drs!!! Thank you Dr.Chan.
My husband gave up waiting for Dr. Chan after 2 hours. He may be a good doctor, but his practice is poorly managed. No one bothered to explain the reason for the delay and the exam room was an ice box.
Dr Chan is great! I see some people complained about wait times. It is true, you might have a long wait but, it is worth the wait. Dr Chan is a super nice guy and is really good at what he does. He will talk your ear off and I think that adds to wait times. The thing is, he really cares and has a great humorous bedside manner.I had an ultrasound and had a phone appointment scheduled to get the results that ran late. He eventually called me and said they discovered an enlarged heart. He spent time with me talking about possible causes and said we are going to schedule some tests to figure out what is going on. We hung up the phone and hours later he called me back because he thought of a possible cause and wanted to let me know. Him taking the time to do that meant a lot and showed he was thinking about me long after our call.
The receptionist were very rude, acted like she hated her job. Got yelled at for putting my purse on counter to get my insurance card as she said it had germs obviously she did want to wipe it down which is something they should be doing at all times. Felt very uncomfortable so left without seeing Dr.
You can expect to wait but it's worth it. He takes his time with each patient and is a well renowned doctor with a lot of experience. Keeps up to date on all new procedures.
Basically my experience with them as they left me in the waiting area for an hour by the time I left. They have a $50 no-show policy, but yet they can leave me in their office and see three patients ahead of me. Just be aware that they could do the same thing to you so be prepared to potentially wait for an hour and maybe actually just choose a different doctor.
No. Dr Chan has way to many patients - a 3-4 hour wait time every time you have an appointment is ridiculous. He does not need my health issues to treat. Appears he has plenty of others who are willing to sit and wonder if you will actually hear from him. I’m still Waiting for test results from a week. I had a 10 am voice call scheduled with hum, it is now 9 pm- guess I got stood up by the good doctor. This is the poorest of patient care I have seen in a long time.
The best doctor I’ve seen in years extremely thorough Extremely intelligent The Best in my opinion in his field
He is a nice doctor after a horribly long wait. even with appointment wait times are 1-3 hours! He overschedules all the time and you wait or leave. I left.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
