Got in 25 min after appointmentTold to come back 4 hours later at 1 sharp cause he was on scheduleWaited another 30 minutes and he came and got me. After procedure said 30 minutes to run tape for me to take to Barrows next week. 50 minutes later it showed up. Live in Sun Lakes and two round trips is long enough. Overall they do there best!

I seriously have no idea how this place stays in business!! Receptionist had chip on her shoulder. No one told us my daughter had to drink 32 oz fluid and come in with a full bladder for screening. After 15 minutes on a holiday waiting they determine we need to reschedule. Worst customer service ever!!! Listed to all the poor reviews and go elsewhere.

I arrived for an x-ray and was told there was a 20 minute wait. I was called back only after waiting 10 minutes if that. Thank you for getting me in and out.

Had an appointment at 7 am and arrived 2 minutes early. Although, it took almost 20 minutes to get checked in, it was nice not to have to fill out paperwork, since it was done online. The technician was very pleasant and nice. The young ladies at the front desk needed to be a little more personable. I will continue to use this facility.

Huge line. When I arrived I was sixtin line, which with social distancing put me outside. HOWEVER, everyowas stepping up to get people checked in. I was helped by a young lady who didn't even have a seat at the window. She took my name, brought me the paperwork, and I returned it once completely. I was called back surprisingly quickly. Al, the tech, was personable, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. All in all, it turned out to be a very bearable experience.

Great help with check-in, procedures before, during and after my MRI. Excellent staff made my appointment go so well! Thank you! I would definitely use this location again, if needed!

The person doing my image was very pleasant. However my appointment was at 6pm, they took me back at 7pm another 25 minutes waiting in the back before I got my images done. The receptionist should have told us another places equipment broke and they were squeezing others in. I had plans that were ruined because of lack of communication.
