Simon Med!Had an appt, they told me after showing up that they had no tech at the office, so they rescheduled a week later to today. They called me tech is sick, I have to reschedule. They do not care that you already had an appt, in my case twice, they are not helpful at all in getting you in because it was their screw up and that they only have on tech at an available time. So now I get to wait another two weeks to get these tests done.

The staff were friendly and professional. There is huge confusion however between the office and the SimonMed automated system. My text told me to check in online from the parking lot and that I would be contacted. Not only was I not contacted, the staff inside said they know nothing about the automated system. Ignore the text check in and just go inside. Good people - terrible automated system.

After waiting an hour and not being called back, despite having an appointment booked three months ago, the receptionist said that we'd likely be waiting two hours for my son's hand x-ray. Also, I uploaded all the docs ahead of time and still had to submit them in person as well. We won't be back. This place is terrible.

The radiologists were great! The front office staff were very busy, but seemed to be unhappy in their jobs. They spoke very quickly and seemed to be on autopilot and it was uncomfortable being on the receiving end of that.

The lady that did my ultrasound was very friendly and polite. Made for a good visit and made me feel comfortable.

Very disorganized! I have been going there for years and have seen it go down fast. Not sure if I will go back in the future.

Appointment for a routine screening mammogram ran nearly 1 hour late. There were no apologies by the staff nor explanations of why they were running nearly an hour behind. They did not appear to value my time in the least nor our commitment to the appointment time. Disappointed.
