The front desk office ladies do not know how to talk to patients. They literally told me they don’t call to confirm appointments 😂 so therefore it wasn’t them that I made an appointment with, and I was just talking to somebody else entirely….just say you made a mistake or don’t know how to find an appointment on the computer.

good place to get therapy but turnover on therapist is very high.. also they never seem to answer the phone when needing to change appointments which is getting really frustration Update : as of 8/4/2023 still cant pick up the phones

While the psychologist could care more and be more attentive, my therapist is awesome! Glad I chose to come back to swbh after so many years.
