Met doctor once. Inappropriate comment in front of my wife and I tied to my diagnosis. Lied about the side effects of a medication that I was taking that was prescribed by a NP at his office. Did not listen to understand. Was very defensive when I attempted to explain experience with medications even when prior medical professionals including those in his office confirmed reaction to medication possible. Prior meeting with NP from his office included her reading someone else’s information from my chart and telling me I was diabetic based on someone else’s result. This was a very uncomfortable experience even if accidental.

If your considering using this practice don’t!!! Run in the other direction! I have had allergic reactions to meds can’t get call backs, missed telemed appointment that I kept calling on! No reschedule call , I need prescription refill (sent to wrong pharmacy) can’t get correct one and now out of medication! I cannot say anything good about this experience!! If I could be a negative ratings I would be using that!!

Love the new spacious office! Friendly and thorough staff that explained everything to me and made me feel at ease with a few upcoming tests. Highly recommend!

Front reception staff asked me to wait outside of clinic building because I was not the patient, despite wearing a surgical face mask and complying with CDC guidelines. Appointment schedule has not been punctual even with 30 minutes of grace for providers running behind.

Very poor service in the office. Do NOT recommend unless you do not mind getting frustrated!

The lack of professionalism, communication, understanding is what makes me not want to ever come back. I had the hospital call them to get my orders for my procedure. The hospital nurse even admitted that this doctor and everyone of his office is horrible. This nurse said she'd never choose him either. His bed side manners are horrible.

My follow office wait s were almost 1 - 1/2 hrs. I tried seeing him twice R-e-d-i-c-u-l-o-u-s. There are better Dr's offices out there.

Dr. Reddy was my doctor while I was in the hospital at Mountain View. He performed a colonoscopy and I visited him one time after that. Recently I had a reason to visit his office once again. I thought I was going to see Dr. Reddy. I was turned over to a positions assistant by the name of Sharon. She was very helpful and I was very happy. I visited again today to see Sharon. I was assigned to another physician's assistant, not Sharon. Never again . Will I visit this office. I

i have crowns, i would NOT recommend this GI. Just really bad, different dr every visit, never remembers you or your situation. Basically all the times I've been i pay a co-payment then get the same answers or no answers....no help what so ever. And they send in student doctors instead of the Dr your seeing. So you see a different person every time.
