Suzanne A Sorof's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Sorof listens to you when you speak and treats you like a dear friend. She remembers your last conversation from your last visit and is very thorough. Both my husband and I see her and we are very happy with her care. My husband had a problem that she found and his primary doctor did not and that led to testing which a problem was discovered. Had it not been for Dr. Sorof who knows now long this would have gone and it probably would have turned to cancer. Thank you Dr. Sorof for being who you are, a very dedicated and wonderful doctor.

My first visit ever to a cardiologist was with Dr Sorof. She took a lot of time to discuss my issues and seemed very knowledgeable. I am confident in her ability and would recommend her and CVAM office, the whole staff was very helpful.

I have had major heart issues and have several hospital stays and Dr Sorof and her assistant Mary Jo are so amazing. They explain everything and they have no problem answering as many questions you have. When they come into your hospital room they are so cheery and have incredible bedside manners. I feel so confident about their procedures and I am feeling 10 years younger since I have had my procedures. I thank God I have Dr Sorof as my cardiologist....she saved my life.

First off let me say the Front office Staff and the Back office MA at the Chandler office are kind and do their jobs thoroughly. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I was informed that students were in the office and was asked if I would be ok with seeing one of them first then the doctor. I’m all about learning so I welcomed it. The student I saw was thorough and asked a good amount of fact finding questions. Then she stepped out to talk to Dr. Suzanne A Sorof. This was brief. Very brief. Dr. Sorof walked in without a physical exam or personally asking me any questions and had a diagnosis. I needed to go home and drink electrolytes. Wait what? I call Bull Poo! How do you come up with a diagnosis without physically examining a patient or really taking a good look at their personal and family history. My body has been through a lot in the last week and a half and she completely disregarded it because of my age. I was completely disappointed and disgusted. I myself work in the medical field and have never experienced such idiocy. After she sat down and I let her know everything she missed then she proceeded to order other things. I believe this was only to appease me not to really find out what’s really going on with me. I did find another cardiologist. I hope this is helpful.P.S. Fight for good Healthcare don’t let people like this get you down.

We think Dr Soroff is wonderful, bright engaging and a great practitioner.... Her office and admin staff are HORRID. We have now sadly canceled all further contact with her office and transfered my files to another practitioner.... impossible to get renewals on prescriptions, poor explanation of visits, rude front desk personnel.... just a total unpleasant experience at these offices.... There is no reason to have to put up with this - yet Suzanne is terrific.

First visit was miserable, she did not listen to what I felt was info pertaining to my situation, really bulldozed me. Did not share important info as to requirements for the tests she ordered or the test results. 2nd appointment was awful, 45 minutes late, had not reviewed my info. Said staff kept us informed of delay and that we could have rescheduled, and that was not the case. Never again, communication with her is nonexistent.

Great cardiologist very knowledgeable kind and compassionate

I give Dr Sorof and her assistant Mary Jo a 5 star rating because they not only saved my life but when they came into my hospital room they not only gave me my follow up exam but were so up lifting and explained everything to me and had the best bed side manners I have ever experienced in a hospital. I never thought I would say anything like this but I love my cardiologist and her assistant. Thank you so much for such a great experience and for keeping me alive!

Dr Sorof has been my cardiologist for 6 years. She is an excellent doctor, caring and professional. I have had no worry regarding my conditions since she has been my doctor. She takes care of everything, never misses anything. You'd be lucky to have her as a physician.

My first visit with Dr. Sorof today and I was very impressed with her knowledge, caring and time that she spent with me to evaluate my cardiac issues. She is so young, yet a wealth of knowledge! It certainly puts my mind at ease to have found a wonderful cardiologist. Very organized office staff as well.
