List of Suzanne Sorof's Reviews
I love seeing Dr Sorof. She is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't want to go to anyone else. Please tell me how to find her since she left CVAM in Mesa.
I was referred to Dr. Sorof by my PMC for a medical clearance for surgery. She took the time to listen to my health concerns and family history. I did not feel rushed; I felt like I was her only patient. Her communication style is direct, which I appreciate. She was very thorough and knowledgable. She personally ensured that my tests were scheduled timely. I was so confident with Dr. Sorof hat I have referred two of my friends to her.
She is a wonderful & caring cardiologist who knows her stuff!! Would recommend her to anyone!!!
Dr. Sorof has been treating me for several years , keeping an eye on leaky heart valves I have and keeping my blood pressure under control . More recently, She has been treating me for leg and foot swelling. Dr Sorof is very thorough, but doesn't order needless tests as so many doctors do . She only orders tests that are necessary for diagnosis and treatment . I never feel rushed When I Have an appointment with her . She always takes the time to listen to me and treat me like a person, not just another patient.
Loved DR Sorof!!! never met a DR. that was so informed about prescribed medications. Had tests I had never had before. Very thorough. Now she has left CVAM but I think we have found her.
Dr Sorof was so wonderful! I was super nervous and stressed. She was so calm and empathetic. Her bedside manner was fabulous. She made me feel comfortable. She explained everything perfectly to me. My spouse is a CT surgeon and was so happy that I saw her and received such thorough care. We both felt like I was in great hands. Highly recommend
I have been pleased with every visit. Very thourough and compassionate. Listens to concerns. Offers alternatives. I do go in with a list so that our time together is efficiently managed. At the end of the visit, I always feel my concerns have been dealt with.
My first visit ever to a cardiologist was with Dr Sorof. She took a lot of time to discuss my issues and seemed very knowledgeable. I am confident in her ability and would recommend her and CVAM office, the whole staff was very helpful.
I have had major heart issues and have several hospital stays and Dr Sorof and her assistant Mary Jo are so amazing. They explain everything and they have no problem answering as many questions you have. When they come into your hospital room they are so cheery and have incredible bedside manners. I feel so confident about their procedures and I am feeling 10 years younger since I have had my procedures. I thank God I have Dr Sorof as my cardiologist....she saved my life.
First off let me say the Front office Staff and the Back office MA at the Chandler office are kind and do their jobs thoroughly. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I was informed that students were in the office and was asked if I would be ok with seeing one of them first then the doctor. I’m all about learning so I welcomed it. The student I saw was thorough and asked a good amount of fact finding questions. Then she stepped out to talk to Dr. Suzanne A Sorof. This was brief. Very brief. Dr. Sorof walked in without a physical exam or personally asking me any questions and had a diagnosis. I needed to go home and drink electrolytes. Wait what? I call Bull Poo! How do you come up with a diagnosis without physically examining a patient or really taking a good look at their personal and family history. My body has been through a lot in the last week and a half and she completely disregarded it because of my age. I was completely disappointed and disgusted. I myself work in the medical field and have never experienced such idiocy. After she sat down and I let her know everything she missed then she proceeded to order other things. I believe this was only to appease me not to really find out what’s really going on with me. I did find another cardiologist. I hope this is helpful. P.S. Fight for good Healthcare don’t let people like this get you down.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
