My family and I have been going to Dr Gieske for many many years! I even took my children to her for their first eye exams almost 20 years ago! She has been a wonderful optometrist and always remembers us! She’s a very professional person with a great deal of compassion. I recently had problems getting my new glasses. The gals were very polite, despite my frustration, but I just felt that putting a rush on the lenses was not adequate, since I was leaving on vacation BEFORE they told me they’d be shipped. Dr Gieske came in the next day and saw the notifications on my account and sprung into action! She spoke with the manager of the lab to see if there was anything he could do. Together they came up with a plan to get them back BEFORE we left on our trip. I just needed to feel that someone cared that I had been waiting so long, and that they were willing to DO something! Dr Gieske knew just what to do. Thank you Dr Gieske!! In MY opinion, Dr Gieske is “DA BOMB!”
