I have had two surgeries now and both times Alicia and her staff have treated me with the utmost respect, care and empathy. My appointment today, I had additional concerns and she took the time to pull my xrays and explain. She always leaves me feeling I can trust her and the team each time. Highly recommended. Thank you for taking care of me.

I wanted to like this place but I’ve been unimpressed. I needed an mri for my shoulder, they said I’d get a call soon about scheduling it. 3 weeks pass, nothing, I didn’t want to be annoying so I waited those 3 weeks and finally called to ask about it— no record of the order, nothing submitted. They apologized profusely, it’s fine, stuff happens. They send in the order. Turns out the order they sent is wrong. I needed one with contrast, but that wasn’t specified, I did the MRI that didn’t show what it needed to show. I find that out when I get to the office for the follow up. I took a day off work (I don’t have very many!) to be told they can’t tell me what’s wrong because it’s the wrong kind of MRI. I’m out $500 and a day off for the wrong MRI and no real answers. They suggest physical therapy, ok, cool, I’ll try it. Days pass, heard nothing, called back because at this point I’m assuming something went wrong with the order again. Yep, no record of the order. They’ll get back to me in a few days with it supposedly. Getting this all out of the way is somewhat time sensitive though given when my deductible resets. One thing I will say, everyone I interacted with over the phone and in person was very kind. The doctors were pleasant and knowledgable, and apologetic about the MRI problem. Basically, my biggest complaint, one that has cost me a lot of money and time and stress at this point, is that something is going wrong organizationally. It has an immense cost on your patients who live paycheck to paycheck, which is probably most of us.

Everyone I came in contact with was very personable, professional and respectful. The only negative comment I have is the wait time. I had a 1 pm appointment and was not seen till 2:10. I do also realize the volume of patients was very high.

I have been going to Dr Kelly Krohn for several years. He is very knowledgeable and professional yet very friendly. He has, and continues, to help me with my osteoporosis. I highly recommend him.
