First of all, the front desk staff is so friendly and their office itself is very clean. They’re obviously taking a lot of precautions with the current conditions right now, and it shows. Unfortunately that’s about it as far as the good things go, so far for us. Dr. Nair was very dismissive of our concerns regarding my fiancé’s health, and newly diagnosed kidney disease. This is all very new and still very scary to us, and it’s unfortunate that the doctor doesn’t have the decency to spend more than a few minutes with his patients. He spent more time scolding us on things we should not do, than actually listening and showing concern or giving us good information. He acted like we were bothering him by coming in for our appointment with questions. My advice to Dr Nair is to learn to extend some general human kindness and compassion when you’re dealing with people going through the scariest times of their lives. My advice for other patients is to look elsewhere for care if you want to be listened to and have your concerns taken seriously.

Very bad experience with dr. Nair. He kept thinking I was the pt instead of my husband who is in kidney failure. He spent 35 seconds with us and told us to come back in 2 months.. labs were ordered but front desk was so hateful with us and said labs weren't ready. We asked thry mail them to us . Horrible experience especially when you are so sick and in kidney failure.

Dr Nair did not even want to listen to my concerns, review labs/treatments from other Doctors with my condition/illness, when I would ask him questions he told me every time that I have access to Google and the Internet so I just need to research it myself. And why did I pay money to come in and see you?

Asked for an unbiased review and the man is still practicing race based medicine liked one of his partners and was unable to be independent in his review of my case.
