After my consultation with the doctor William Patterson - I was given the wrong paperwork for an entirely different patient(Ms. D. Schwartz) and to operate on that patients left shoulder. I am a different patient entirely (Alan Ruffalo) and I am supposed to have my right shoulder operated on. The young man Irving (I assume PA) handled all of this transaction in the consultation room. I signed the wrong paperwork that Irving gave me to sign. It says they are going to operate on the wrong shoulder. What an unbelievable scramble !Now, after the surgery ( I am 17 weeks post-op) everything is moving along nicely. Dr. Patterson said I had an extremely bad tear in my shoulder muscle and socket. He repaired it brilliantly and I am now using it with impunity. I am made to understand about eight months out it should me completely healed and I will be using it normally. It is my opinion that Dr. Patterson's surgical work is superb. I would highly recommend him for any shoulder surgery that you are considering.

Dr Paterson replaced my left shoulder. I have had both my knees replaced and I know the drill here. Dr Paterson and his team are terrific. I always felt confident and cared for in his care. I feel I have the best possible chance for full success with Dr Paterson and his team. I couldn't be more satisfied.

While waiting in the lobby, i saw an elderly frail woman approach the front desk with multiple questions regarding her bills and splints. The front desk and eventually the manager spent over 15 minutes, patiently responding to all her queries. They did not seem rushed .They added me to a busy schedule. Dr Paterson explained the imaging details to me and then spent significant time explaining the process to me.My visit was very comforting and I left feeling well taken care of.

Dr Paterson is very knowledgeable. He gives detailed account of any findings, what options are and what the expectations are. He does not rush and gives ample time to ask questions.

Dr. W Patterson took x-rays and did a comprehensive test of my shoulder. Overall, I found him very personable, easy to speak with, and he took time to answer all my questions.

Great surgeon, I had a collar bone surgery and a rotator cuff repair done by Dr. Patterson. He was happy to answer questions both before the surgery and after. I was happy with both surgery’s and would recommend him to anyone who needs surgery on your shoulder area.

Dr. Paterson always explains things thoroughly, and asks if there are any questions. He always listens and does not rush in and out. He is very professional and a nice man.
