I wrote a glowing report on Dr. McKee in 2018 and he deserved it. I continued treatment for my glaucoma post surgery until he dropped me and I was given to an optometrist his practice hired. She is in a strip mall optical shop with no equipment. She said she was taking over and tested my peripheral vision with a flashlight. No explanation.

Dr. McKee is a fine doctor/surgeon and was my doctor. However, he stopped seeing me and referred me to an optometrist his practice hired. I would not have minded except she is in a strip mall that is an optical shop. Didn't need glasses; am slowly losing my eyesight. No explanation given.

I had cataract surgeries performed by Dr. Yuri McKee the last part of May and in July, 2020 and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend Dr. McKee to anyone who requires eye surgery. He is an incredibly talented, highly skilled and meticulous medical professional. I had not been able to see well for many years due to an astigmatism that wasn't correctable with glasses. His technicians performed many test and scans of my eyes and Dr. McKee evaluated them and took the time to explain all possible options available to correct my vision and helped me select one that worked well based on my lifestyle preferences. And Joanna, his surgery scheduler and assistant, was also very friendly and helpful in explaining the process and timeline for the surgeries. I am also very grateful for the extra effort they took to handle a very difficult insurance issue so I could have the surgeries. When you cry at 75 yrs only because your vision is restored you want to thank the hands and skills of a professional. With having both cataracts and glaucoma I trusted and was not disappointed in my outcome. Stents were placed in both eyes to help relieve my high pressure. It has declined significantly. My cataracts were easily removed and I chose to have monovision lenses implanted. My vision is 20/20 and I am beyond thrilled. The professionalism of Dr McKee was outstanding and his compassion and manners always gave me security and a feeling of confidence in his ability. I can't thank him enough
