I have been one of Dr. Lima’s patients for multiple years and each experience has been great. She is always very helpful and insightful about any question that I may have. Waiting times are never very long and the office is always quick and attentive. Great place and definitely recommend to everyone !

I have been going to Dr. Lima and her staff for years. She is very knowledgeable, doesn't push products on you to purchase and her staff is friendly and very caring. The office is modern, clean and centrally located with excellent parking.

If I can give it 0 stars, I would. From the moment I called for an appointment to the moment I walked out of my visit, was horrible. When I called to make an appointment and the woman was rude, I just thought "it was one of those days" and didn't think much of it. WRONG! The front desk staff and Dr. Lima are all so rude! It was a really bad first impression. One of the nurses who was taking notes in my visit was giving me instructions on how to use the medications. I asked her a question and she gave me complete ATTITUDE. It was a simple question. Signing out, the front desk girl just walked away when a patient was talking to them and gave attitude to an elderly patient. The same woman gave me complete attitude when I asked for a different day and time of a follow up appointment. I am not able to attend an appointment mid-day, mid-week because of work. She raised her voice just because I asked for a later appointment in the day, if anything. They tried to sell me their product because "I need it to get better". And clearly, that's all they care for. I said no and walked away. I wasted my time and patience going there. If you don't want a similar experience as this, I suggest you run and look for another doctor. I will certainly not be coming back and will not recommend this place to no one!

Dr. Lima is amazing! I love her and her staff. I have used her myself and for my teen children as well. We have done a variety of things with them including mole removals, annual wellness checks, acne treatment, facials, etc. and they have all be very good. I recommend her and her staff!

Terrible service, specially if you have Medicare, they avoid you and force you to go to a different doctor. These people are all about money. Run for your life!

Bad first impression. Called to make an appointment for rash that’s been bothering me a while. Was asked what insurance I had, when I told the receptionist she told me that with my insurance (Medica) I couldn’t have an appointment until January. This doctor is a provider with this Medicare plan. Sad when money is put in front of helping a person with an ailment.
