My step mother (who is 80) went to Dr Cooze for many many years and missed one appointment and a mammogram that had been set up because she got confused on the appointment and simply forgot about the regular doctor visit and she was dismissed from their office. She says she had not missed any others in 29 years! They refused to let her reschedule and she is on several medications and now has to start all over with a new doctor!

I've been going to Dr Cooze for over 30 years now. He is the very best, and I never want to change. He's very thorough, listens well, and very professional.

Dr. Cooze was amazing.Yet his front office keeps passing you off.Called 4 different times on two separate occasions. Was passed off to an answering the answering machine says they will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.Yet never do!

asked for refill on meds and was given a wrong medication. After bringing this to their attention, I was the one told I should’ve request which medication when I spoke with nurse on phone and she didn’t bother to ask? I told them the medication they filled I have never taken and that it shouldn’t even be on my records after a year and a half of being a patient, why was a medication put on my records that I never ever in 30 years have taken? Also every time I need blood work for LDL levels because of heart condition, I am the one who each and every time called to get paperwork sent to lab. Why did they not do this??? Every time, every appt.??? Watch out for this doctor and assistants because they don’t pay attention to what they’re doing and then have the nerve to dump you as a patient? Well good bye because I value my life, for sure a better physician out there that pays attention to medicine and proper patient care. I was also referred to a specialist (Dr Tummers whom I had to call after 1 month for results because the Doctor or the Specialist didn’t bother to call or follow up) who gave me a wrong diagnosis back in July and didn’t bother to check anything else but dismiss you like they couldn’t be bothered and now here we are in Jan with same symptoms and was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in which I was told was there for six months. THANKS. New patients beware!!!

Scheduled a. PET Scan for my wife that was postponed because the insurance wanted more definitive clinical evidence to justify the test. It was postponed for a week in order to provide enough time for this Dr. to respond. He failed to do so it's going to cost me $2,000 for the test. Not reliable.

Horrible doesn’t do their job, doesn’t call in lab work and doesn’t follow up on appointment or specialist visits. You are the doctor cause you schedule everything yourself. Beware
