My entire family use Dr. Peter Sutherland as their PCP. He's an exceptional physician who takes the time to listen and deeply cares about his patients. With his time in practice, which is quite a lot, he's extremely knowledgeable. He can explain things better than any of my specialists.

I have complete trust in Dr. Sutherland. He always listens to my concerns, never hurries. Explains every test, change in medicines or conditions. I have refused some medicines and he didn't have a problem, until he grew concerned enough to do tests & fully explained why I needed a pertinent medicine. In my opinion , his direct patient rooms were eye clean.

I believe Dr. Sutherland is the most knowledgeable family practitioner in Morristown and the Lakeway area. He has a way of explaining conditions to make them understandable that even the specialists cannot convey. I feel blessed that he is my Family doctor. His empathy and concern is evident.

Great doctor! I've seen him since I was 7 or 8 and I'm 25 now. I used to be allergic to nitrates in food and he was the doctor who discovered the allergy after my pediatrician kept saying it was a virus. He's always been excellent to my family.

This is one of the finest doctors I have ever known. He definitely does not just check the box and send you out. I was amazed about how much time he spends listening to his patients and all the questions he asks them to get to the root of their problem. He puts everything immediately into his laptop so nothing is forgotten, He has an incredible memory and wonderful insights as to possible causes for medical problems. Waiting time (in the waiting room) is average and his staff is very kind. Within minutes of being put into the exam room someone comes in to check vitals. Then it seems it's not too long after that that he walks in. Dr. Sutherland has worked out a great rhythm of seeing patients efficiently and yet not rushing anyone. I can highly recommend.
