Doctor Hartfield cares about her patients and treat each one like her own children.
Reviewed On Vitals
She is a great doctor and the wait time is barely a minute. However, her office is never open when it is supposed to be open and her receptionist barely ever answers the phone. I have had appointments and I needed to call the office ahead of time, however the office was closed ALL day and my calls were sent to the answering service. The answering service never relays messages to Dr. Hartfield....it's just horrible. It's nearly impossible to get in touch with her office as they are never there even during office hours...crazy!
