My questions and concerns are addressed clearly and thoroughly and my visits are never rushed. I feel that Dr. Ballam and his staff are always there for me and I can count on them in any health crisis.

Dr. Ballam has a tremendous amount of knowledge in the medical profession and gives alternatives for medicines that he feels would be best for you. Sometimes I make the decision and other times I ask which one he prefers. He is fine with that, either way. His appointments are on time, he is polite, listens, and is quick to get to what needs to be covered. I really enjoy that too!

Doctor was great but the front office staff were rude and just did not care that I was in pain - they also left out confidential information on top of their desk for a patient which I thought was unproffesional.

Dr Ballam, unlike many doctors today, does not rush out after 20 min. He listens carefully to your medical problems, and offers various alternatives.
