Myriam Rodriguez Padilla's Online Review Report Card

There wasn’t one time I was seen on time. I’d wait literally about 2 hours and she’d come in and have the nerve to rush you out and not answer questions. It never felt like I got my times worth or moneys worth. Very disappointing.

La Doctora Myriam Rodriguez-Padilla ha sido nuestra doctora primaria ya por mas de 9 años. Ella siempre revisa con detalle la salud de mis padres, mi esposo y mia. Ahora que se encuentra en una nueva direccion y administracion su servicio es todavia mejor! La practica donde se encontraba anteriormente se deterioro muchisimo el servicio al cliente y la calidad de tiempo que se nos daban a los Hispanos en NW Primary Care era inaceptable. Tanto que la atencion como la que caracterizaba a la Dra. Rodriguez-Padilla se desplomo y hasta pensamos en buscar otro doctor cuando nos notifico la Dra que se marchaba a Village Medical. Totalmente diferente ahi, estamos muy contentos de seguir con el trato amable y respetuoso de ella y los empleados, mucho mejor y super recomendada la Dra Myriam y la nueva clinica en Oro Valley, todo limpio y nuevo! MME

Stay out of this doctor. She do not care about her patients.

Dr. Rodriguez Padilla was amazing when I went to see her. I was able to get a same day appointment which was convenient. She took the time to go through my chart and listened to everything I had to say. She was super caring and thorough.

Her staff is ridiculous (not front desk) Calling me to ask if I can take this Friday instead in Oct. Im telling her that I haven't received the lab orders by mail, then says, well you got labs done back in Oct or Aug. So you'll be fine. So my labs for a UTI will give results for a fatty liver? NO WONDER THE DOCTOR IS LEAVING SOON. They aren't returning calls left in the MA voice-mail. If you can't handle a "stressful" job, leave and let others professionally handle it.

Always have positive appointments with Dr R-P. She is always thorough and takes the time to explain things to me and answer any questions. Never seems to be in a hurry. Will follow her anywhere.

When I went in for a follow up with Myriam Rodriguez she had me get up on the patients table and take off my long sleeve shirt. Then she walked out of the room and never came. Back in to do what she had me remove my shirt for I told her I had some questions for her She has a habit of walking out on her patients She also has walked out on my daughter and a few others I know I'm looking for a new primary doctor that will listen to what we have to say and won't walk out with out saying anything

I truly like Dr Rodriguez-Padilla in every aspect. However, it's an all day appointment when I go in her office. Appt was scheduled for 11:15. I arrived at 10:45. After checking in and waiting for approximately 15 minutes, the receptionist announced Dr R-P was running an hour behind. I decided to stay. I was called in an hour fifteen minutes later. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes before she actually came in to see me. She was very thorough and detailed in reviewing my labs, vitals and my new treatment plan. The exam, although brief, was very effective in pin pointing my issue. She also gave me an update on my husband's progress with his health issues. I walked out feeling very grateful that she is my doctor. I just have to plan to spend a big part of my day when I have appt scheduled with her! Small inconvenience to have her as my primary physician!!

I had to call the office 3 times, on a Thursday, because I had test results that confirmed i had a UTI, from a urine sample give on Tuesday.This office says on its website it is closed on Fridays. By 7 pm Thursday evening, I felt quite sick from 7 days with this infection, so I ended up paying $50 to go to urgent care, since I heard nothing from this office. Urgent Care looked at my test results and within an hour I had antibiotics and Monday a follow up call from them. Often, when calling my doctor, Myriam Rodriguez-Padilla, I believe she never receives my messages. I am leaving in a month, and looking for another provider.
