They take their time to explain your issues. Explain your care and then they fix you. They never make you feel like a number. I would highly recommend Dr. Zeiller, Natalie, and his staff 100%. Tucson orthopedic Institute Northwest office and hospital would highly recommend 100%.

Dr Zeiller spends adequate time discussing medical issues. Most importantly is candid with his concerns and recommendations. Staff is good and efficient. Hopefully we will achieve our goals on recovery.

Dr. Z explained my treatment options very well and seemed very compassionate. He is a seasoned professional and "down to earth" with his discussions. Tucson Ortho is a great place.

Dr Zeiller is friendly, thorough and patient. I was extremely satisfied with the treatment that I received. He did not rush to perform surgery but initially offered less complex treatment. When it became clear that surgery was indicated both Dr Zeiller and his team created a successful surgical solution for my spine issues

Today is one year since since Dr. Zeiller from Tucson Orthopedic Institute completed surgery on my lower back to relieve excruciating sciatic nerve pain. From that evening forward I have had no further problems. Dr. Zeiller did a great job of explaining what was going on with my back and what the surgery would entail. I was very nervous about back surgery, but he helped ease my fears. The surgical suite team was outstanding, as was the anesthesiologist, who came up with something to avoid my severe reaction to the sedation drugs. Thanks for giving me back my life!

Not great Dr. Zeiller was arrogant, overly rushed and had NO bedside manner. He may know what he’s doing but he needs to brush up on his people skills.

I was extremely happy with the expediency and friendliness of the staff. Dr. Zeiller ordered X-rays, the technicians were exceptionally quick. When Dr. Z came in a few minutes later, we reviewed my background & films, and cam up with a future plan. All medical offices should operate with the same professional courtesy & efficiency! My only caveat was not finding the office right away
