Had a minor issue and was seen within an hour of initial call. Walk in only. Doctor young and thorough. Prescriptions filled at the outpatient pharmacy at hospital across street.

I am very disappointed in this facility. I have a condition that requires me to see a specialist that is in Denver. The specialist has been seeing me through zoom and requested some blood work. They would not let me use their lab even though I have the doctors signed lab orders. Instead they want me to schedule an appointment with their doctor to verify the lab work. This is a crazy policy and I have never heard of this. Most medical facilities will do your lab work if you have a doctors order. I don't blame them for being part of a broken system, but I do blame them for not helping when they could. This is very cruel policy. Oh, and they can't see me until August but I need this lab work ASAP so I can get a refill of my medications that I am out of.

Incredibly inept from top to bottom. They did not understand the significance and imminent danger of a seriously abnormal lab result. Then they took a full week to contact me with the result and told me that it would be another 5 days till the doctor would be available to deal with it. This, despite the fact that the lab gave me access to the result in one day and I called and strongly requested that someone call me at once. They refused. I am a retired MD so I know from whence I speak. I changed to another practice in Page and they were shocked that I was abandoned like that. Apparently, there is no coverage for important events when the doctor is out of the office.

I'm 51yoa and have only been treated with the best in this office. Let me tell you why. The people. They work as a team. They never even when they feel bad, put their work off on someone else on someone else. They do what they need to do to make you comfortable knowing they prob. can't, you are in a Dr office after all (lol)! But I've been in lots of hospitals and dr's offices and so on, but everyone here has always been good to everyone even the ones who are mean to them, they keep their cool and do their job and make sure everyone stays relaxed and safe. I give Lake Powell Medical Center 5 stars and now they have a RX..YAH!
