I found a warm, welcoming, efficient, skilled professional front and back office staff at the PV location. Nadya NP and medical assistant Lisa teamed up to evaluate, explain, document, treat, and plan future treatment while putting me at ease. I have confidence in their abilities, and will be happy to return to this office.

They do nice work. Nadya Edwards is a real pleasure to work with at the Scottsdale office. Great bedside manners, and very responsive to questions. I’ve been going here for years, and have never felt anything but comfortable and assured.

Dr Gary McCracken is a rock star dermatologist. We’re lucky to have him in Arizona. He has a friendly and professional office staff as well.

I had a great experience from the minute I walked into the doctor's office. They were very friendly and efficient. I had an appointment at 3:15 and they were right on schedule. The doctor was fantastic. Took plenty of time with me and answered all my questions. Great attitude and very friendly. I would highly recommend

Excellent experience! I arrived several minutes early, checked in with front desk staff. Very polite and professional. Within 5 minutes I was called back to consult with Dr Sood. His expertise was apparent immediately. He was thorough and easy to understand his instructions. He even explained what previous doctor failed to do. GREAT experience! Will return and definitely refer others to office and especially Dr Sood!
