Dr. West is a great doctor. I'm a 52-year-old bodybuilder. I really put the hurt on my body. Dr. West has assisted me so I can continue to do the things I love. Dr. West is very knowledgeable and doesn't try to waste your time with unnecessary procedures.

I'm a 50 year old, former Marine that has had many military related issues as well as "male" specific issues. Dr. West really looks deep into the root causes of the problem and then treats the cause, not the symptoms. Overall, I feel amazing after having very thorough exams with him. I've never had a doctor take the time to "learn about you" and get to know you like he does. No better doctor around!!

This provider was recommended by a friend. I do not recommend. He doesn’t listen, wants to push his supplements and the whole visit was very awkward. I went for a physical and felt it was not conducted properly and thoroughly.

I became a patient of Dr West a year ago when my previous doctor was rude and belligerent to me after being a faithful patient for 9 years......Every experience with Dr West and his staff has been top notch, they are professional, efficient, and easy to work with.

Only saw Dr. West once. No problems. Dealt more often with one of his PAs. No problem. Had to deal several times with admin and billing personnel. BIG PROBLEM. They let everything go to voicemail, rarely call back, don't deliver messages to others and are generally incompetent. One of their billing reps updated another patient's profile with my insurance info. Tried for a week to get a receipt for a bill I paid over the phone. They can't even send an email. Had to drive over to pick it up.

This office abandoned me in a time of crisis. They were horrible in offering any assistance in a transition and left me in a horrible situation simply over an insurance issue. If you want your health and well being treated as a commodity, this is the place. Here you are not a person but a paycheck and will be completely devalued for financial purposes. Its really too bad because Dr. West is very personable and competent, but has proven he will abandon patients and actually cause harm to health through neglect simply over money. Completely unethical. If you are looking for a trusted healthcare provider, please reconsider using this practice.

The medical attention I received was adequate, however his assistant, that he knew personally, was a religious fanatic. I believe he is a religious fanatic too. She was leaving his practice to travel with her husband and their children because, well, God had chosen a path for them. As sick as I was I could have lived without this information. You know, too much info. The experience left me feeling like I was being preached to and scolded for not being of their religion. If you feel like being preached to and don't mind, I suppose you won't mind going to him. I personally would never go there again.

This practice seems to have a problem with getting good receptionists. The last one wouldn't even look up when you'd walk in. This latest one talks and talks and gives patients medical advice! She's also very unprofessional on the phone and gets very loud and rude! Amber, a P.A. is also abrupt and rude. Bethany is AWESOME. Kristi M in the back is also very LOUD and can be abrupt and rude. Why does Dr. West hire people who are so ROUGH around the edges? Ready to find another doctor!

Dr. West has been my doctor for over 7 years. I am 49 years old and have had many different reasons for seeing him. He and his staff will ALWAYS go above and beyond to take care of you. The best doctor I have ever had!
