I switched to Dr. Brown’s practice (Dr. Marie) after a terrible experience at another N’ville practice. I guess I have DDS white coat syndrom because my blood pressure is always super high at the beginning of my appointment! Last time I was there, I was with a new (to me) hygienist, Ellen. After that appointment, I requested that I only be seen by her because she made me feel so comfortable. Today, at my appointment with her, my blood pressure was completely normal! Thank you Ellen, and Dr. Marie for helping me not hate the dentist!

I’ve had more than one surgery with Dr Brown due to lap band complications. Both were well organized and executed flawlessly with easy recovery. Louann is easily the most knowledgeable, kind, and caring professional I’ve ever experienced in my medical experiences. Could not recommend him and his staff more. Literally the best of the best!

Dr. Brown is outstanding in every way and all of his staff are superior and deserves 5 stars! The same is true of the office itself... clean, organized, runs like a well oiled machine!

I can’t wait to come back and work with everyone. Ellen (EL) is so sweet and amazing to work with. She is very thorough on explaining everything that is going on and explained it in a way i would understand. I also worked with Kinga and she was awesome and also very funny.

The staff is very professional, friendly and detailed. Helen, the Hygienist took the time to explain exactly what she had seen during the cleaning process. It was definitely a good experience.

His entire staff is fantastic! Louann always greets me with a warm smile. Dr. Brown is very caring and takes his time with my visits. I’m happy to have found a great bariatric program through Parker hospital and a caring physician.

From the moment you walk in you can feel the LOVE and caring from EVERYONE!!!! Alexis was my hygienist and was AMAZING!!! Talked me thru everything.... made me smile and laugh! TRULY CARED about how I was doing..... Dr Brown is not only caring and welcoming but he is adorable!!!! Made me feel like an old friend.... and family at the same time!!! Flora was wonderful about getting me thru the financial part and was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE..... made that process painless as well.... I can toothfully and honestly say if YOU don’t come to Dr Brown with his friendly office and WONDERFUL STAFF for ANY dental needs..... you are not serious about your dental health!!!!
