Hard sell on optional dental services. The front office is rude and not competent. They don't understand insurance plans and multiple coverages. Billing is never processed correctly and they blame outside billing company. They keep your money and don't issue refund for overpayment until requested. Front office and billing a nightmare. Dental work was good but not worth headache with staff. They are trying to do too many services and cut cost by sharing staff.

Dr Block is very caring and has a wonderful manner treating his patients. He will get you an appt as soon as possible if you have an emergency. His assistants are very kind and knowledgeable.

My visits have always been good with quality work. My problem with this office is billing. They overestimate your portion of the bill and never refund. This happened 3 times to me and 1 time with a family member. I would not call this an oversight since one of my occurrences was 3 years ago. I asked around and this has happened to other ppl. Very disappointing that they would be dishonest that way.
