Rating 3 stars bc they are super nice…. Anyways I am a medical assistant who has lots of experience with the pandemic and flu.. my son presented symptoms of both Covid flu and strep so of course I wanted all 3 tests. My 8 month old infant just got over RSV and my entire family of 7. They didn’t have any Covid tests- that’s fine, but they didn’t do a flu test even though I made it clear to the doctor I wanted it.. after his visit we went to cvs to get a Covid/flu test. I am so happy I did my son tested positive for the flu. Please do better as a physician, when a parent wants a certain test especially when the child meets the criteria for the test my son presented 5 symptoms give it to them. Most protocols for testing for flu/Covid only need 3 symptoms. Parents need to be heard especially when a child is sick, we rely on you to properly diagnose our children and run necessary tests so that we can keep our families healthy.

Discrimination! Terrible front staff by the name of Abby. Screaming at other parents for not responding quickly enough. Eavesdropping into mine and my wife’s conversation only to argue with me. She was incredibly unprofessional. Should not be working in this field if she feels the need to become confrontational when no one is even talking to her. Everyone one had someone on the waiting room, but they kicked me out because I was with my wife saying that everyone else needed help. They had no idea of the situation my wife was in.

It was a long wait even though I had an appointment. Said I have COVID, but still haven't resolved the sore throat ... can't hardly swallow my own saliva,

I would recommend going to another Urgent Care, definitely not worth my $75 copay. I went in due to ear and throat pain. The practitioner came in my room with the wrong name/ CC, I had to correct them. This seems like they potentially violate HIPPA often. They then checked me out and told me I look fine. I had to insist that I was not fine, hence the visit. Then said if I’d like they can do a test, which came back negative. They then were rushing my out, while I had to insist once again that I am having extreme pain and would like some sort of treatment or advice. They then told me the test they ran was only 50% accurate so they wrote me a prescription if my pain/symptoms did not subside in a couple of days. In short, this is a waste of my time and money. I’d imagine bedside manners are standard but certainly not here.
