Dr. Michael Koss did my procedure and he was very impersonal and seemed like he couldn't be bothered to stand near me and answer any of my questions like he was bored to be there. The preop nurse was rude and careless, extremely disrespectful to me and my family and said things that should not be said in front of patients. The post op nurse was rude to my mother who was asking questions and rude to me while i was still waking up from anesthesia. She gave me a cup of juice (while I was still very under the influence of anesthesia) and let me hold it half unconscious so I dropped it all over me and the floor which pissed her off even more. However, they get 2 stars because the two OR nurses Kim and Judy were FABULOUS! Very caring and kind and made me feel very comfortable and safe while I was going back and in the operating room. The anesthesiologists Dr. Moss was also very nice and explained things very well to make me feel comfortable. Overall, not a great experience and would not get another procedure done here or recommend it to anyone.

Why am I still on hold right this moment for over 1 hour & 25 minutes before anyone has even greeted me? Now it's after 5p & I think you're closed!!!! And always scheduling appointments from doctor orders that my Mom, the patient, doesn't even know about until the day before!!! Please communicate better!!

They are all great, and caring. The doctor took the time to go over my husbands tests, and didn't rush us.
