I was seen by a nurse practitioner at this location who does listen to the concerns of the patient. The nurse practitioner gives medication that does not help especially when you tell them is not going to work with a condition you have been dealing with your entire adult life. I’m not sure if this nurse practitioner is new to practicing but she should try listening before trying to write a prescription. This visit was a waste of time and my insurance paying for this. When you call back to complain, the response you get is, you can go into an ER. I will never come back to this urgent care.
