They were very nice the office was clean and the doctor treated me well
Great Doctor. Clearly explains your health problems and how to fix them. To the point, very professional.
I arrived at my appointment, a little bit pessimistic, anticipating that my case wasn’t severe enough or that they wouldn’t be able to help. Dr. Prebil listened to me and took me seriously when I described my symptoms and struggles. I was overjoyed when he said he could help me and that my diastasis recti should be repaired. I have surgery scheduled and I’m so excited to finally put this behind me!
Doctor Brian Prebil knows what hes talking about. He made me go through 4 different tests before he would do surgery, just to make Sure there is no surprises when he went in with the robot. I found this doctor on my own, after Banner Surgery center disappointed me so many times. Please use doctor Prebil and his staff for all your surgical needs. And Adrian, part of the surgical scheduling, is priceless. She knows what she's doing. It is great to get your surgery booked right there and then, after all your testing is complete. Adrian gets 10 stars.
Wonderful surgeon who took a chance on my husband to find out what pain my husband has endured for 6 years. When no other surgeon would touch my husband, Dr. Prebil did and was successful in finding out the reason of pain. If it wasn't for Dr. Prebil and his team, my husband wouldn't have a chance at life.
He went in great detail how I needed reconstruction of my abdominal muscles due to multiple mesh removal surgeries then made a judgement call (his words) not to do reconstruction during surgery. No explanation as to why he made this decision. 4 months later I developed 2 inguinal hernia's that needed to be fixed, he did that surgery, still no reconstruction and now my abdominal muscles are much more stretched out, belly much more distended, severe constipation due to abd muscle laxity and now seeing another surgeon who specializes in fixing other surgeons mistakes among other things that I have to pay cash for. I was willing to pay Prebil more money to not f'k me up but he said he couldn't because he accepts Medicare, I understood that but didn't matter because he f'kd me up anyways. Choose your surgeon wisely folks and believe me, a kind look and smiling face means nothing. I've had 3 surgeons dealing with a faulty mesh and the aftermath of complications and 2 of the 3 flat out lied to me and neglected me. 1 did his job (not Prebil) and btw, the 1 who did his job was not able to completely remove the mesh, that was fine, he tried and did a lot of other work. At least he didn't lie to me and neglect to perform a duty he said I needed like Prebil did.
Wait time was fine but the staff incredible, the PA was great and Dr Prebil was terrific in every way and I have had over 25 orthopedic and spinal surgeries and surgeons and he is definitely in my top 3 just from the initial visit
Awesome Surgeon! Awesome girls in the office
I was initially so excited and felt at ease when Dr. Brian Prebil was recommended to me from my doctor. He is professional and made me feel at ease. However, his staff and the process of reaching ou for an response and on call doctor is a complete joke. Clearly this surgery is not an easy or zero painless one. I called the office the day after my surgery to let them know 1 I coughed/sneezed which is clearly putting pressure on the surgical area and 2 pain was excruciating. Mia said she would send Dr. Prebil a message. Mind you the first time I called was at 9 in the morning and initially received a recording that the office was closed during business, so after I called the second time Mia should have done her job which clearly she did not because I never received a c all back at which point the office was closed when I called back at 4:30 and never received a response. I tried to suffer through possible ripped open stitches and pain until I called the on call doctor which that “mailbox” was full. I myself work in the healthcare field and have never experienced such awful treatment or no way to reach a person in healthcare that could actually help. “On call” means yes you can leave a number or message for someone of healthcare competence to call you back, however, to not have the capability to do that because that facility is “unavailable” or mail is full is u heard of. Mia and Dr. Prebil staff treated me like I was not in pain speaking over me not listening to my concerns. Needless to say I will not be back to that office. If Dr. Prebil has another location I will gladly travel.
All went well ……. Friendly staff and I was comfortable meeting with the doctor first time for consultation for surgery.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
