Was late 15 min for an annual physical (that takes 2 min ordering labs) with Tina D. and was told i am unable to be seen as i missed majority of my appointment. Needless to say there were ZERO patients in the waiting room. Switched my provider after that.

Once you get in the door, the care is great. getting an appointment or a question answered is a 'health care provider changing experience" - as in, right now, I am thinking of changing my health care provider.

I received a message from this phone number but she never identifies herself. She assumes that I know which office she's calling from and it is always this office that expects me to read their minds when she leaves incomplete messages. She only says, "this is Cigna, call me back at (6**)561-(**)00" then hangs up. She only says this is Cigna call me back at 656100 then hangs up. Really where did she learn to be a unprofessional medical assistant if she really is a skilled medical professional which obviously she is not.

Good luck getting an appointment. They only have openings for existing patients. Then how they hell do you get a new patient. My cigna insurance says I will have a $0 copays if i go here, but they have made it impossible to get an appointment. They want me to wait a week while I'm sick. Obviously I'm not making that appointment. I need to be seen today, possibly tomorrow, but not a week from not. The staff at this location are all absolutely wonderful. The providers listen and do a thorough exam. I love that I can can get labs done and get my prescriptions all in the same trip. Everyone including the receptionist lab techs physician PA pharmacy tech and pharmacist were all fantastic. I enjoyed my visit and will be back.

I used to go to Doctor Choi however he moved. Today I saw Dr. Limkemann for the first time. I was having some troubles and he got on the phone with my neurologist and got me started on a treatment for my neurologist until I could get in. Team work makes the dream work and I am super thankful for him.
